Privacy notice

Barndo Studio stores account details, project records, design conversations, generated concept models, validation results, and basic request metadata so the studio can work, preserve revisions, prevent abuse, and support customers.

Who can see design requests

Design prompts are visible to the account holder and to the private Barndo Studio owner console. The owner may review them for customer support, safety, abuse prevention, and product improvement. Do not submit secrets, financial information, health records, or other data you do not want stored.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the web application, an OVH-hosted private service stores accounts and project history, and AI model providers process prompts needed to generate text or inspiration imagery. These providers receive only the data needed to operate their part of the service.

Retention and deletion

Account, conversation, and project data is retained while the beta account is active and while reasonably needed for security and operational records. You may request deletion or a data export by emailing hello@barndostudio.com. Backups may take additional time to expire.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions use HTTP-only cookies, the application uses encrypted network connections in production, and the owner console requires an administrator role. No internet service can promise perfect security.

Changes

This notice may change as the beta develops. Material changes will be dated here before expanded data use begins.
