Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use 3D Real Estate, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Your designs — the descriptions you write, the chat messages on each design, the generated plans and 3D models, and thumbnail images of them.
• Usage — which features you use, how many designs you build, and technical details such as browser type and rough timing, so we can fix problems and enforce plan limits.
• Billing — when you subscribe, our payment processor handles your card. We only see the plan, status and the last four digits.

How we use it

• To run the Service: plan your layout, build the model, save your designs and let you reopen them.
• To send your description and chat messages to our AI provider (OpenAI) so it can plan the design. We ask them not to store or train on that data.
• To send you account emails (sign-in, receipts, important changes). No marketing email without asking.
• To understand what works and fix what doesn’t, using aggregate usage data.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your data.
• We don’t show ads.
• We don’t use your designs to train models.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage to remember preferences such as your theme. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Where data lives

Designs and account data are stored on servers we rent in the EU; the website is served through a global content network. Model files are served from our servers with expiring links.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. Archived designs are kept so you can restore them. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email us and we’ll take care of it.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
