Barndo Studio is an early concept-design service. By using it, you agree to these beta terms and the privacy notice.

Concept output only

Generated plans, dimensions, elevations, validation messages, exports, and imagery are design concepts—not construction documents, permit drawings, engineering, code approval, cost estimates, or professional advice. Do not build from them.

Professional localization required

A qualified local architect, engineer, designer, contractor, and permitting authority—as appropriate—must verify the property survey, setbacks, soils, foundation, structure, loads, fire and life safety, energy, accessibility, utilities, MEP systems, manufacturer requirements, and every dimension before construction or permitting.

Current design scope

The beta engine supports rectangular single-story barndominium concept shells, a shop/residence split, bedroom and bathroom counts, porch depth, broad style, and model-derived plan/elevation views. It does not yet support arbitrary room moves, detailed fixtures, full interior door coordination, structural analysis, or code compliance.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to submit your prompts and references. Do not ask the service to copy a copyrighted house plan or named designer’s work. You retain rights in your submitted content; you permit processing needed to provide and improve the beta.

Availability and payment

Beta access is currently free and may change, pause, or end. No paid plan is active unless a separate written order states its scope and price.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, evade usage limits, probe other accounts, upload malicious material, or use output to misrepresent professional approval.
